Randomness

I'm thinking of moving my blog from Typepad to Blogger. Anyone have any helpful insight as to how difficult this will be to do?

I made biscuits for breakfast- ok, so it was more like brunch. Anyway, as I was making those biscuits, Bayleigh was helping, and it occurred to me this seemingly small event is anything but small.  We are making memories. The things we do, these everyday little things are settling into her little heart and mind and will be sweet memories one day when she's old and I'm gone. 

I painted the front door, and I don't think I like it. It looks OK from outside, but if the door is open, it looks awful from inside my living room. It reminds me of the teal that was all the rage in the 90s. You know, the shade that was always paired with peach. Blech!

The interior side hasn't been painted, it's still stained. I plan to paint it, but  NOT be this color.

Yes, we are doing well and Miss Fifi will be a year old on the 25th! This year has flown by! She is a joy and we all adore her!
