For some reason Yahoo considers mail sent via my gmail account SPAM. I'm not sure why or if they are the only one, but if you feel like I should have returned an email and failed to do so, take a look in the spam folder.
Does anyone know if something on my end causes this, or is it just yahoo and gmail not playing nicely?
It sounds like they are just not playing nice. Since gmail requires you to log in to send an email, it is authenticating so yahoo should not mark it as spam. Yahoo must have their "spam sensors" set with gmail in it. In other words, it's not your fault.

Yahoo has purposely set their filters to block out Gmail...it's a competition thing. They started it when Gmail began and it was invite only, to keep their users from getting invites and switching. So no worries, it's not you, it's Yahoo not playing fairly!

Sometimes companies will label certain addresses as spam because there have been issues with email from them in the past. For instance, we use shaw mail, and my husband's business emails were getting blocked by certain other companies because shaw addresses had been "blacklisted". It can sometimes be hard to get this fixed, but contacting someone at Yahoo about the problem might help.

Now, that you mention it, I have found your emails in my Spam folder.

I am glad to read Mess's answer above - b/c you know that you and I have had the gmail/yahoo difficulties in the past. I always assumed that it was something that I had done (or not done!) that caused it...
