Just a quick little post since I, in a what was I thinking moment, committed to post everyday this month. I am so tired that I don't think I can convince my brain and fingers to work together long enough to type a coherent post. I don't want my gratitude list to be half-hearted so I'll make tomorrow Gratitude Saturday.
I've had the pleasure this week of corresponding by email with a very nice lady named Mariese. She was writing to tell me she enjoyed my reading my blog. She doesn't have a blog herself but enjoys sewing and and wanted to share with me a picture of a quilt she made for her son, Niko. I asked if she minded if I share the picture of Niko's quilt.
Isn't this amazing? Thank you for sharing this Mariese.
That is so gorgeous! I love the tilty four patches and the animal blocks. Lucky boy!

The quilt is gorgeous!!! Mariese should be very proud of her work!! I have been sitting here wondering how you are doing a blog everyday, you continue to amaze me. However if you committed, I committed myself to try to read everyday. Autumn, thanks for the continued commitment & inspiration!

That looks like a lot of fun to make, although I can't identify the animal in the bottom left corner.
I feel sorry for those crafting ladies that don't have a blog to show their stuff! Blogging drives me to be productive. That's sweet of you to share her quilt.
