Color Week: Blue Thursday
This is not the picture I had planned for blue. Should you worry when even your husband starts to see photo ops for your blog? It's a beautiful day here after a day of rain yesterday. I had been working on the baby quilt and needed to spend a little time with my friend the seam ripper. More on that later. I took my little quilt block and my seam ripper and went to sit out on the deck because Mitch was out there working. He looked up from his work and said "you match the table". Hmmm, I didn't plan that when I threw on this tee shirt and shorts this morning. You want me to take your picture? he said. Me: No! Why would I want you to take my picture? Mitch: You look pretty and your shirt is the same color blue as the table and chairs.You can use it for your blog. Me, looking at my shirt and the table and chairs: You're right, exactly the same color and today is blue day. So off he went to get the camera. Here's my contribution to blue day. I told you I liked aqua.
I didn't have the umbrella with me when I bought the paint for the table and chairs. Pretty good match huh?
