Finished and ready for pick up, one dozen drawstring bags + one itty bitty bag and 5 key chains. I must clarify, based on some of your oh so kind comments I think I have mislead you into thinking these are a gift from me. The bride ordered these as bags for the gifts she will give to her attendants and those helping with the wedding. The original order was for the 5 bridesmaids. Then every time I saw her mother she told me one more bag she needed. We went from 5 bags and key chains to what you see here.
If you like the key chains they are so, so easy to make. I posted a tutorial a while back. I made this set of 5 in about an hour. Speaking of tutorials, I was so surprised and flattered to see my little belt tutorial on whipup. Hello to those of you who found your way here via whipup. I hope you find the tut helpful and would love to know if you use it. If you like the drawstring bags check this out. Amy posted a series of tutorials for drawstring bags. The first is much like this one, a simple unlined version all the way up to a fully lined backpack style drawstring bag.
On the agenda for tomorrow, a purse for a little girl and hopefully, if time allows, starting on a purse for a big girl. I'll leave you with a precious Toby picture. I could just eat him he's so sweet!
