I bought this a couple of weeks ago when I bought these buttons and zippers. Does it look like I've got spring on my mind? Don't you love ric rac? Is it back in style or did it ever go out? I remember my Granny having packs of it in her sewing box. I am sure she put it on dresses she made for me and my sister. When we were small she made most of our clothes.
This was our Easter ensemble. I must have been about four and Erica was two. There are several pictures of us in these sweet Easter outfits and none are much better than this. For some reason we did not want our picture taken and cried the whole time. Not a decent picture to be had to show off all my Granny's hard work. We were never very cooperative.
Now for the fabric in the mail part. I was delighted to get this in the mail today.
